I thought on this a lot. How to help victims of the Haitian earth quake, and at the same time, not give everything away to charity. I thought of giving away percentages of donations, but that could seem like I was taking advantage of the situation. So I came up with another concept.
In light of the earth quake in Haiti, IPsneak would also like to help the victims. So for the remainder of January IPsneak will keep only 2$ of each donation. Every amount on top of the first 2$ will be donated to the Save The Children Foundation. And to ensure everyone that this is not an initiative to make more money: Should the amount kept for IPsneak exceed 50$ all following donation will go entirely to the Save The Children Foundation.
This means after 25 donations of 2$ or more, the entire donated amount will be given away.
With this setup I hope to be able to cover my monthly expenses and at the same time help the children of Haiti while they need it most.
I can understand how some people still might be offended by this. But honestly I have to make a living and the children really do need all the help they can get.
