The existing terms, was based on a mix of inspiration from several other big software companies and there was nothing in there that you don't accept every time you boot up you Windows computer.

We would also like to comment on the "not notifying the users" and "auto acceptance of terms". This is a dynamic website with a dynamic product. It does not come in new versions with new TOU or EULA in predefined revisions. The program will be developed evolutionary and released without the required acceptance of new terms. This part was put in the terms for a specific reason, namely not to require users new acceptance to new terms concerning added functionality to either the website or the program. Other than that, the terms contains only reasonable demands that no law abiding user will ever get into conflict with. These terms exist solely to protect our users, ensure stability in the service and the future existence of this company.

But it caught the attention of a handful of rightfully suspicious people and therefore it is now revised. It doesn't really have any effect on what the terms say, since they are mostly legal precautions securing that IP Sneak should not get sued by other companies for something that users do here on the site. And securing that IP Sneak I/S upholds its intellectual rights to the product, service, website and all the stuff in/on it.

But they are right, so the terms has changed.

One thing that has been changed is that we added to the benefit of all is a little explanation to the fundamental paragraphs and a goal sentence that lines up why the terms in that particular paragraph are there.

We hope these changes help clarify the moral and mind-set of this company. After all we give our main product away for free.
