As stated in the existing EULA IPsneak has a duty to inform it's users via e-mail, when changes are made to the Terms of Use.

As of 1st of January 2010, IPsneak.net I/S has officially seized to exist as a company. All rights are transfered to directly Peter Munkholm.

It is therefore my duty to inform you of the changes in the Terms of Use from 3rd of February 2010. I intend to continue delivering the same and better service levels to the users, as was the case under IPsneak.net I/S.

First move it to change the license type to a Creativ Commons (CC) standard license.

Danish version: http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/2.5/dk/

English vertion: http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/us/

The added terms to the CC license can be found at http://www.ipsneak.net/terms

Several changes has been made in the agreement, and I hope all agree, that it is for the better. Most notably, you are no longer covered by the agreement by just visiting the site. You now have to either create a user profile or download software from the site.
