Quite a few users have somehow lost the ability to download the program. This was caused by a conversion tracking solution, supposed to help monitor how many users actually ended up downloading and using the program. More information in the Q&A forum. 

We now have put some hours of work into replacing this conversion tracking method with a simpler and more stabile solution. This means the problem should be eliminated.
